El Kolibre is also expanding its menu to feature more baked goods and soups, following its recent move to a new location (downstairs from coffee shop) . The new space, which once housed Cloud Boutique, offers the perfect backdrop for the shop’s unique handcrafted beverages. Plans are underway to increase the frequency of baking to include weekdays, ensuring a steady supply of fresh treats.
