JACKSON, MO — Just off the gentle buzz of Main Street, nestled next to a laundromat with the faint scent of soap in the air, Hubble Creek Brewing is more than a brewery—it’s a heartbeat of community life. Inside, you’ll find exposed brick, warm lighting, and a cozy layout that welcomes both familiar faces and curious newcomers.

Whether you’re finishing errands or settling in with friends for a pint, this is the kind of place where the beer is crafted with care—and the atmosphere feels like home.

Rooted in Jackson Pride

Founded by a couple who returned to Jackson to raise their family, Hubble Creek Brewing is steeped in local love.

“We loved just everything about Jackson,” says the owner. “When we had children and came back, we wanted to raise our kids here and have them go to Jackson schools.”

That passion quickly turned into a bigger idea.

“I was like, man, Jackson needs this, you know? This is something Jackson needs.”

A Family-Friendly Brewery

Hubble Creek is open Thursday through Sunday after 4 p.m., serving up more than just craft beer. The menu includes rotating brews, specialty cocktails, wine, and even a kid-friendly menu—proving that the space is designed for families just as much as beer aficionados.

On Tap: Balanced, Drinkable Brews

Recent pours have included:

  • The Pike – A hop-forward beer with a smooth finish
  • Citra Session – Bright, citrusy, and floral

Both have earned praise for their balance and drinkability.

“I want people to come in and have fun and like the drinks they buy,” the owner says. “If someone’s spending hard-earned dollars, I want to see them enjoy it.”

Brewing with Heart—and a Bit of Experimentation

The brewery’s philosophy is shaped by its customer-first mindset. That includes everything from the layout of the space to how each beer recipe evolves.

“It’s just a process of figuring it out,” the owner laughs. “Do I change the recipe or leave it alone? People like what they like.”

It’s a humble, trial-and-error process—part science, part gut instinct—that keeps the tap list fresh and customer feedback at the forefront.

Staying Close to Home

Even with early success, the owners are in no rush to grow beyond their roots.

“Right now, with all of it, I’m pretty happy where we’re at… It’s just another chance to go out and do something for your community in Jackson.”

Where Community Is Always Brewing

At its core, Hubble Creek Brewing is about more than what’s in the glass. It’s about connection, comfort, and community. With a welcoming taproom and a spirit rooted in local pride, it’s becoming a Jackson favorite—and a hidden gem for anyone passing through.

Whether you come for the hops, the ambiance, or the good company, there’s always something on tap at Hubble Creek Brewing.
